MY WALLET IS STIFF AND IT'S HARD TO GET THE CARDS IN AND OUT!
At first your wallet will feel stiff and it will seem hard to get your cards in and out. That's normal! All my wallets are made from real, full grain vegetable tanned leather. They have a short breaking in period. As you use and carry your wallet, it will begin to loosen up and form around your cards. You will notice after a few weeks, they will begin to slide in and out effortlessly.
MY WALLET HAS WEIRD MARKS AND LINES ON IT.
My wallets are cut from full sides of vegetable tanned leather. I do my best to work around as many marks as possible, but sometimes they work themselves into some of the wallets and even bags as well. Those marks are the story of the life of the cow. Cows get bug bites and they also are good at scrapping themselves on barbed wire fences. So you will commonly see scratch marks as well. You might also see soft wavy lines. Most of the time those are the cows fat wrinkles. These give the wallets and bags great character and do nothing to hurt the integrity of your leather product.
DO YOU DO COMMISSION WORK?
No. Custom work is just not something that I have ever been able to work into my schedule in a way that works for me. I have made a personal decision for myself that I would rather not do any custom work at all, then promise custom jobs that would have long time frames and cause delays in my overall business goals. Ultimately, I created this brand to do things that fulfill me and custom work doesn't do that.
SHIPPING
I use variable shipping rates based on current rates, weight, size, location, etc. We believe this gives our customers the most affordable rates possible.
I ship all wallets and tote bags with no paid shipping.
Every product I sell besides the tote bags are sent out USPS ground. All tote bags are sent out UPS, unless requested otherwise.
I do my best to get all products processed and shipped out in 2-3 business days.
As of now we are still seeing considerable delays and problems with USPS deliveries. Unfortunately, once USPS has the package, there is not a whole lot I can do about time that it takes to get to you. However, if you have any questions or concerned feel free to reach out to me.
RETURNS
I have a 30 day return policy. We except returns within the first 30 days of you receiving your item(Receiving your item refers to the date that the package was marked as delivered to your address). If your shipment is damaged or has a defect I will be happy to work with you to get you a new one or a refund.

I except all major cards including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, as well as JCB. You can also use Apple Pay and Shopify Pay as well as Paypal.
